  • Apple - take to small claims court

So, on a related post, I had a problem with my 4S out of warranty: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...e-iPhone-issue
Most agreed that it should be covered under consumer law.

After many letters and phone calls with Apple, I basically get this reposnse:
    Code:
    Dear Mr. xxxxx,

Thank you for your email and feedback provided.

As previously advised, Apple will be unable to meet your request. Should you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me on my phone number as seen below.
So, I'm wondering if it's worth taking them to the small claims court now?
