ANPR is owned by Trevor Whitehouse (AKA National Clamps), who tried to sue the government for loss of income when the clamping ban came in and also tried to set up a rival to the BPA.
The car park where this sign is located is actually owned by Preston Borough Council who have contracted out car parking "control" to ANPR. So good news for the ratepayers of that town if Mr Whitehouse is going to swell their coffers with all those one hundred pounds.
