  • Advice about printer i bought from Argos

    Hello

I bought a printer from Argos last febuary so still under quarentee. The printer showed as paper jammed, i found a couple of bits of paper so thought it would work but it is still showing as paper jammed.
I contacted Canon customer sevices department and they said they will repair it and said their is still somthing in there i cant get out so they will need me to send it to their Surrey repair shop.

Is it right that i have to cover the cost of sending it to Surrey ? i havent got any quotes for courier services but i think it will cost more to repair then to buy another one as it only cost £35.99.

I cant find anthing on their website about who pays.
Has anybody got any advice ?

Your contract is with Argos as it is they who you purchased the printer from.
