Any ideas as i cant find a web link to make a freedom of information act request on this lot

got their home page in london, that is it

phoned them and it was passed from pillar to post and bog off

does capita come under the foi as it is not a state owned but private company to my knowledge but does hold goverment contracts

Capita won't come under the Freedom of Information Act. It only covers public bodies.

Which does not mean you can't try. You may find they're switched on, but you might be lucky!
