A couple of weeks ago I purchased TNT Racers from the Playstation Network Store for my PS3 system. The description of the game did not state that it was for PSP only and even made reference that you could activate it on 5 PS3 or PSP systems. I purchased the game but when I went to play it I was told it was a PSP only game. I checked the description again to verify and nowhere did it say it was PSP only. I took a photo for my records.
Naturally feeling a bit angry about this, I rang Playstation and asked for a refund. The agent said he would pass this info onto head office as he could not view it from where he was.
This morning I got a phone call from Playstation. They said Head Office had looked into the matter and it clearly states that it is for PSP only and therefore I could not have a refund. I argued with the agent that this was not the case and that I was disgusted with the service I had received. I told him that I had taken photos of the description. The agent asked me to email these to them.

They have changed the description and then told me that I can't have a refund because it clearly states that it is a PSP game.
Surely this is Fraud? (I hope the pictures work)
