Nice to post a thumbs up story for a change
On 16th Dec eve I ordered a gift for my Daddy for Christmas and paid extra for express delivery (first class rather than standard parcel post which is 4 days I think) (paid with my prepay visa card)
On 17th I got notification they had sent it by first class post, yeyy.
On 25th it still hadnt arrived.(remember we had 26" of snow up here before christmas so I wasnt overly suprised but a bit bummed as it was meant to be Daddy's Christmas pressie)
Emailed them after Christmas and they got back to me quickly to say they were looking in to it, then I received a phone call from them explaining what they would do and asked me to let them know if the original parcel showed up and they'd send a courier to collect it but they'd resend by express delivery.
Two days later the parcel arrived, sent by courier, I had a refund of the additional express delivery charge I had paid and a teeny bit of compensation for the delay (was only a £20 order)
All in all they were lovely.
