Hi All

Dreams advised the cancellation policy is only 3 days from signing, is this right? Bed takes weeks to deliver.

Would you assume the 3 days is working days or not ? I went in on Saturday to cancel as they now have 10% off and he said I needed to call customer service but this was 15mins before closure. I sent them and email to explain on the Sunday but they advised nothing can be done!

any help greatly appreciated, it wasn’t a cheap package purchased do 10% is a lot of money.

You really need to set out chronologically the timelines involved.

So what you are saying is that you bought a bed, it went down by 10%, so you want to cancel, and buy again to take advantage of the 10%?

I would write a letter, explain what's happened, that you've bought a bed, it been reduced by 10%. Because of the 'cost of living crisis' that money would make a difference to you. Explain your circumstances etc. See if they can refund the difference as a 'goodwill' gesture.
