Lying about the speed download
Well I made a contract with them witch is specified a speed of 80MB ,and when I got installed after a delay of 2 months,just to found out that my download speed was 5 MB. I called them next day and they kept delaying me by running tests and even send me a new router just to waste my cooling off period. And when I told them I want my contract interrupted because they failed to provide me what i was promised and I am not gonna pay 30 pounds a month for a download speed of 5MB,they said I have to pay a termination fee of 400. And yesterday I got a email from a collection company saying I have to pay a 500 pounds fee . If anyone have any advice what I should do or I should just go to a lawyer?
