  • Wren Kitchen Dispute

Within the last year we purchased and had fitted a new kitchen from Wren. While the vast majority of the service and subsequent snagging has been great and easily resolved, we dispute the status of play regarding an appliance.

The hob is malfunctioning, regularly. 'Which' website suggested this is down to Wren as the retailer to resolve, and not to be fobbed off by Wren towards the manufacturer.

Our efforts with Wren are getting nowhere, and we know we do have a warranty in place with the manufacturer but feel it is Wren fobbing us off. Wren claim this is as per the T and Cs signed at the time of purchase.

Are we wasting our time with Wren and should we just move to the manufacturer or is there anything we can do to convince Wren to replace the faulty item.

What are the terms and conditions on which WREN rely?

It is worth noting that contracts between a business and a consumer are subject to various consumer protection laws.
Rights bestowed by statute cannot in these circumstances be removed.
