Hi
Does anybody know if there is a legal ‘timeframe’ where creditors can report a missed payment to credit reference agencies?
E.g. If you miss a payment after 3 days, can they legally report that to a credit reference agency as a missed payment or do they legally have to wait for it to be 30 days late before they report to the credit reference agency?
There is mixed messages online re this.
Thanks
