Hello,
Slightly trivial query, but thought I'd ask anyway!...
My fiancee wrote a complaint to her local bus service as it was so unreliable/not close to the time table, that it was affecting her getting to work on time and starting to cause a problem for her at work.
The final straw was when she saw the bus leave 5 minutes before it was scheduled - and these buses only come every hour.
Anyway, she made a complaint and now has been asked by two separate drivers on two different occasions if shes the person who made the complaint - surely they shouldn't even be asking this??
I appreciate this isn't particularly a legal question, but I'd be interested to know what the deal is when making such complaints, and whether the supposed person you complained about is allowed to be made aware of who it may have been and able to basically confront them.
Thanks,
Dandal88
