Hi all
i have brought a car online and having it delivered on Monday. In the deal my car was accepted as px and a guaranteed price was accepted. Photos and videos were sent of my vehicle as requested by the trader.The rest of the car was finance through a well know finance company.
So my question is, when the dealership turn up to do the exchange, can they try and reduce the price offered for my car. And if I refused could they then cancel the contract and refuse delivery of the new vehicle.
I only ask these questions as we have had a recent bad experience dealing with a motor trader
