Hello about 6 years ago I stole from my employer b&q was very silly and have clearly learnt a lesson from it. The value of Goods stolen was considerable I think over 10k.
Was taken to court and got a suspended sentence and 200 hours unpaid work... no recovery of Losses were Made by the courts.
However after receiving lots of letters from Ukcrs civil recovery. I agreed to pay £50 a month and have been paying that for Over 6 years. Still a long way to go at that rate however is there a time Frame that b&q can take me to court to get these funds as I've been told that only b&q can take me to court? Not sure if it's right but am considering not continuing with the payments. I have other commitments and £50 a month could help me in other ways right now.
I hold my hand up to the wrong doing and have never missed a Payment in 6 years But don't fancy paying this For another 10 years when I feel I served my sentence etc.
