Court Mediation - Failure to return items agreed

had a small Claims mediation hearing - agreement was other party were supposed to be returning a part to me within two weeks, they returned it to me but it is incomplete and i am unable to re-sell it without the missing section

I have asked them for it via email but no reply - please let me know what I should do?
