  • Wifi company issues, makes me feel too powerless as it's customer.

Since quite a while now BT Wifi at my home has been a lot troublesome. It keeps disconnecting, lagging and just not what we signed up for. But now it's just gone... It's been a few days at that. The day when my little brother saw 2 BT workers doing something outside our house to our connection WHEN we didn't request any such service.

The customer care has no answer for this even after investigation. The cause of why the wifi is not working is still not found, at first they for sure said it was a problem from their side( as usual).

Now it's already been 5 days and I have my online exams, our household income depends on the online job my parent does ( as a single parent) and my siblings is missing out on his studies.

Please let me know if there is anything or any action I can take against BT as it can't keep on going like this.

    Thanks

Do you have connection at the router if so plug in there.

BT are not responsible for the WiFi, only the speed into the house. As said wire connection into the router and then see what speed you get.

Are the lights on the router changing colour?
