Hi guys,
Purchased a used car from a dealer on the 22nd of December. On the test drive. there were no apparent problems with the car.
This evening, the engine light turned on driving back from central London to east London. The light is now off but the EPC warning light is on and the car is currently in limp mode (engine is shaking/shuddering).
To avoid any further unforeseen problems, I rather just get the money back for the vehicle through CRA as I’m well within the 30 day period.
1) Just wondered if I did not notice any apparent problems with the car on my test drive (I.e fault was not present on the day of the sale) - does this impact my ability on getting a refund?
