I bought two tickets to Secret Cinema for me and my wife in Feb. Of course the event in June has now been cancelled and set for next year. Tickets were £70 each.
Last week when they announced the cancellation and reschedule, they offered to keep the ticket for next year or a credit note. They didn't offer a full refund. When I asked for a refund they said I can't have one but can sell the ticket. I bought these for my wife who is.critically ill (not relevant) but does mean there's a chance next year is not feasible. I do know they denied some one terminally ill the chance for a refund which is.shocking.
I would like to know my rights here. Their Ts and Cs claim that any canceled event will offer a refund (https://www.secretcinema.org/terms-conditions) but they are saying it's not cancelled as it's rescheduled for next year.
