    Hi, my flights have been canceled since January, I've applied for a refund, for two mounts I was getting emails that my refund is going to be proceeded and then I received a voucher despite never ask for one, I've immediately contacted via e-mail Ryanair and explain that I don't want voucher but my money back instead, still no refund has been made. I've contacted my bank and tried to initiate a chargeback claim, but told to wait Ryanair to answer which doesn't happened up to now. I want to initiate summary judgment, what steps, forms and documents I need, how long it takes, cost.
