Purchased some candied fruit over the phone
Was told would have to pay extra shipping but was never told the final price
Item arrived
Was a lot smaller then expected and shipping was over £20 which is over the top
Was not happy with item or price of over £50 if was told this i would have never purchased
Company is refusing the take item back
Stating that it is food and they are based in the uk
Now item is unopened and originally they purchased from spain as packet or casing states
I was under the idea that the cosumer contracts regs
Would allow me to return item including getting original postage cost back
Can anyone help on this
