  • Vueling Airlines shocking customer service - can I take their parent company to Court

I've had enough of this crap airline. A luggage claim, a ticketing issue, and now a cancelled flight.

I have taken them on before, via the European Union Small Claims procedure, but it took six months and then another six months to get payment.

I want to take them to Court again but they do not have a UK service address. Their parent company International Airlines Group, however, does - can I sue them instead?

    In a word "No"

The airline is a separate legal entity.

You can sue Vueling in county court using the European Union Small Claims procedure, but any court process takes time.
