I purchased some hard-wearing trainers from cartsavvy bunny advertised through Facebook. I purchased them 4months ago and despite several emails to them have had no joy in getting the trainers or my money back. I opened a debate through PayPal and after 2weeks they closed the case as I was still dealing with emails. Now I can't reopen the case with PayPal and funny enough cartsavvy bunny have blocked me from commenting on their ad on fb. Any help or advice greatfully received
