Ok great, thanks so much for drafting the letter and taking the time to read through everything I have posted, definitely a much more concise and to the point letter! I think I had written sort of a combined full on complaint and letter before action..!
We are going to go with exercising final right to rejection of the vehicle because I think that would be a more favourable outcome for us if we win this claim.
