Hi all,
I purchased a car in March 2019 via credit card. The car (touch wood) has had no issues thus far. However, I have been in an ongoing battle with the car dealer to send off my Vehicle Registration Document. He initially failed to provide me with the temporary slip, claiming he had ''lost it''. He then refused to send off the document at all, and now hangs up when I call. I understand its only £25 for me to pay, but on principle I really want to take this matter further - the dealer has clearly not met has legal obligations.
Any advice on the next steps and how to reclaim my loss?
