  • Uber Eats problem

I've been using Uber Eats via mobile app for some time. Recently, food delivery has been incredibly delayed.
Anyway, I've used the online forms/app to complain and simply ask for a mail address of their registered HQ (wherever it may be). They're simply refusing to answer simple questions like "where are your guidelines and policies" and "what is your complaints address" etc.

For the life of me, I can't find literally any address or Directors list / anything related to Uber Eats. Nothing in Companies House.
Do you think I should write to the "parent" company (Uber) ?

I do not (and refuse) to use Twitter. I've seen a lot of posts though where Uber simply says "direct message us and we'll help to resolve your problem".

EDIT: i did find a mention of ubereats as a "brand" under https://www.uber.com/en-GB/legal/terms/gb/

    thanks

    Hi GB2000,
This link may help. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Terms' Unless you are London I suspect the address you want is Uber Britannia but I would suggest have a look and see which is most appropriate for your location. https://www.uber.com/en-GB/drive/delivery/
