Hi all, just thought i would keep a little diary on here of my recent issues with poor customer service.
Firstly i currently have blocked drains the smell is downright disgusting!!. So i have drains cover with British Gas so i ring them - they sent out Dynorod within the hour ( great so far). The man prodded and jetted my drains ( i have 2 man hole type things in my garden) and he was unable to clear either of them. He said he would be back in the morning with a tanker to ''suck out the drains''. I wasn't able to be in the house when he came round so when i got home i had a note stating that there was a possible collapse of the main sewer in the street.
He advised me to contact Yorkshire water. So i ring YW and they send out Drain Aid who attempt to clear my drains and actually do so -- but as we are standing there chatting about sewage etc the drains begins to back up again ( by this time all the neighbours are out holding their noses and talking about sewage). Right he says i'll get a tanker out in the morning and suck out your drains the blockage appears to be between the end of your garden and the main pipe in the street - therefore he says its YW's problem.
Ok - next morning a van arrives and dye tests the sewer and finds that the public sewer is clear and that its definately not collapsed.
So i check out the drain nearest the end of my garden and guess what its bloody filled to brimming again. Soi ring BG and i am currently awaiting Dynorod to call on Monday. Meanwhile i am to scared to have a bath and very wary of using the loo!!
Secondly i had my shopping delivered on Saturday only to find that i am missing a chicken a cucumber and a peice of beef. I ring asda customer services and am told that my local Asda will ring me to arrange redelivery - ok fair enough. Waited for a phone call - nothing. So Sunday arrives and i ring them again( bearing in mind that chicken is for my Sunday dinner!) - again promised a phone call from Asda and that my items will be delivered today - 3 hours later still waiting.
Ah i feel better for getting it all off my chest.
Regards Sandbag.
