  • Giveaways for clients. Lottery and shareholding. Is there a way to do that legally?

Firstly - Can I giveaway lottery coupons to my customers after a sweepstake - USA or UK lottery, and can it be fully online coupons. And is there an easy way to notarising - just like instead of notarizing each of lottery tickets one by one can we involve an online lotto subscription representing all tickets. Subscription will be the same numbers every week.

Secondly, Can I make a sweep stake and make my winning customers 1 year shareholder of 1% of the profit of the company for 12 months? In addition - is there a way to make it legal? To gain trust?

I am a Turkish citizen residing in Turkey. I can establish a LLC in the USA.

    Thank you.

    Hi

This forum is dedicated mainly to matters relating to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not cover the USA or Turkish law to the extent it is applicable as a Turkish citizen and place of business.

If you are looking to set up an online lottery in the UK, it is a form of gambling and so you need to have a gambling licence from the Gambling Commission. Their website has a lot of information about what you can or can't do and the type of lottery you are wanting to set up as well as the the process.
