  • Business premises licence

    Hi
would really appreciate any help with a premises licence agreement that I have signed please?
i started a new business and limited company in October 2023 and it really isnt going well!
I owe no money to anyone apart from
my liability for rent and would like to dissolve company. Have spoken to landlord to see if they can help with short term rent reduction or free period, but they cant help.
Not sure if I am liable personally as a Guarantor as how I signed agreement is ambiguous.
    Any help gratefully received.
    Thank you

Clearly you need to ask someone to look at the document in order to advise you.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

What is ambiguous? What does the agreement say about liability. In commercial leases I always make the person signing personally liable.
