Certificate of tax residency for Google

Im sole trader based in the UK.

I have some revenue from Google and now in the tax section of payment settings they are asking for certificate of tax residency to show proof that I pay tax here.

Ive tried many things but they wont accept. Im sure how or where I can get this certificate.

Any advice welcome thanks
