Hi,
I am looking to set up an accountancy business and am trying to find legal guidance on the following;
Am I legally able to charge a client a fixed percentage of their monthly net profit (after I conduct a monthly SPL), on a 12 month contract, for my services?
Its for all good intentions as I aim to look at Sole traders and start up businesses with the premise of the above pricing strategy to be of their benefit. I want to be truly affordable, such that low or nil profit means I get paid little or nothing but grow as they grow (if they grow). I do however understand I bear all the risk.
