Hi,
Recently I started putting the wheels in motion for starting a small local business with some close friends. I am about to finish my night courses I've been taking with my local college for business management and a small bit of finances. I also will have my father to help if i get stuck as he's been a business owner for 40 odd years. My employees will be each in a field of expertise as we are handymen. Some of them have joined me in some further educational classes online or at night but it isn't as important for them to know everything about the nitty gritty behind the scenes. They all know what they are doing in their trade but I wonder if there is any good resources for them to read about starting a business from the workforce side of things. Does anyone have article suggestions or anything that I could pass on to them?
