  • Small company shareholders

Is a ltd. company required or allowed to publish the names of all its shareholders, even those with only a few shares? Absent a legal requirement to do so, it would seem to conflict with privacy legislation.

Also, can the directors reveal trading figures to a third party before the accounts are properly prepared, accepted by the shareholders and submitted to Companies House? I'm thinking of insider dealing problems here.
