Pretty simple this, I've seen evidence that another Ltd company is issuing invoices in the name of MY Ltd company - what can I do to stop this?
A bit of background - the other company originally had the name my company now has, but renamed their company back in 2015. Curiously, at the same time a NEW company was created by the same directors with the same original name, which was a dormant company until 2018, when it was closed down (you have to ask yourself why...and I can't think of any reasonable reasons)
My company was created this year, but it seems that since 2015 the original company has continued to issue invoices in it's original name - including the 3 year period where that company was a completely different company, and allegedly dormant!
It seems fairly clear that something fishy is going on here - so wondering what my best course of action is to follow
