I had a mobile contract on a business plan which was eligible for an upgrade
I spoke to the account manager and she put through 2 new contracts for £79 per month plus vat each on Friday
After consideration i requested it to be cancelled on Monday but was told this is not possible as i had e-signed the contract
Today after further emails i got one back saying they have cancelled the upgrade and sent an invoice for £1200
£250 per line cancellation fee
£250 per line admin fee
£200 vat
Stating that there is no cooling off period with a business contrct
Is there any way around this?
Could i contact the Ombudsman or does he only deal with consumers?
Any help greatly appreciated
