  • Mobile phone contract cancellation problem

    Good evening

    I had a mobile contract on a business plan which was eligible for an upgrade

    I spoke to the account manager and she put through 2 new contracts for 79 per month plus vat each on Friday

    After consideration i requested it to be cancelled on Monday but was told this is not possible as i had e-signed the contract

    Today after further emails i got one back saying they have cancelled the upgrade and sent an invoice for 1200

    250 per line cancellation fee

    250 per line admin fee

    200 vat

    Stating that there is no cooling off period with a business contrct

    Is there any way around this?

    Could i contact the Ombudsman or does he only deal with consumers?

    Any help greatly appreciated
