Hi Josh, I've attached the document with a tidy up of it. You will still need to insert your relevant dates and everything in brackets so make sure you do - attention to detail does count when you go to court!
I did mention at paragraph 3.5 that you confirmed with the court that the unless order was dispatched on X date. Give the court a call and get that information and put it in as it will help strengthen your case. If they can't give that information then simply remove the sentence.
You will also need to change the court name to Exeter County Court - don't forget and don't want to have it forwarded onto the wrong court!
You will also need to serve it on Lowell too, that can be done by email.
P.s. it is very rough and not exact but simply just a guide as to how you should set it out and explain your defence. Also, I think I've mentioned both Lowell and the Claimant in the documen. You will need to change all references to Lowell to 'The Claimant'
