  • REMO for Switzerland

Good morning all, I am looking for some help for my partner who is trying to pursue her ex husband for maintenance for their 2 children.
A uk court order is in place that he agreed to in court, however he has refused to pay since the court order was in place, which has resulted in the CSA getting involved and then an attachment of earnings put in place because he kept defaulting on the CSA.
He has recently moved to Switzerland, outside the EU, and we have been in contact with our local court in Portsmouth, however they have never completed a REMO before and have already sent out the wrong form and are obviously not keen on completing the process as they have never done it before.
Some background, the ex earns £100k per year, has shown repeated bullying and narcisstic traits and repeats that the maintenance should not be for his ex, but for the kids, he has chosen to completely ignore the maintenance order but insists on the contact order being taken word for word.
My partner has not been whiter that whiter in my opinion, as I have suggested they need to put their differences aside and put the childrens needs first, something they are not doing. Even the children say their parents are acting like children.
    My questions,
What is the correct Remo form, we have been sent 7 and 8 but both only show EU countries?
    Is this method effective?
    Any advice?
I believe they both should talk like adults and she to learn how to talk to a bully?
    Thanks in advance.

    Martin
