Thank you All,
as far as the Court Claim Concerns..
the fact that I have acknowledged it and clicked on Intend to save is enough for now correct?

Just wondering

Yes
You need to get your defence in within 33 days of the date on the claim form

For now get on with the letters and wait for them to reply , if no one pops up to answer you can tag us by putting an '@' sign before our username - as in @warwick65 @charitynjw @Diana M MIKE770

This will let us know there is a response - sometimes my emails get consigned to spam

Hi
So you need to get your defence in on time. That is 33 days from the date on the claim form.

To be honest I think it is good they won't allow an extension , gives them less time to stump up the goods

I haven't received anything from Cabot as yet.
Today I'm going away for work and won't be back till Saturday the 10th.
hopefully no problems ...
