I have had multiple problems while on universal credit but the biggest problem I'm having just now is I've had two months where they have taken two wages into an assessment period. The problem with this is i am paid calender monthly which it states on their website that only one wage will be used in an assessment period for those paid calender monthly. They're "trying" to sort it out but I keep getting told that it's my works fault for declaring it wrong, even though it's because of things like pay day falling on a Sunday so I get paid on a Friday.
Can you sue universal credit?
