      Once the court receives you defence and serves it upon the claimant they will have 28 days to respond + 5 days for service.

      The court will advise when this has been done.

            I would amend to: The Defendant cannot reconcile the alleged debt with her own records therefore cannot confirm or deny entering into an agreement with JDW.
