It appears to be a response to your letter (singular) of 31st October.
              You sent 2 letters (CPR 31.14 & CPR 18).
So I would wonder which one have they responded to?

I'd imagine they were both read on the same day and probably by the same person but if they were responding to them differently I.e they are getting the info for one of them then surely they wouldn't send a letter straight back with no info on it and demand I respond to the Claim within 10 days? Surely it would have said we have read the other letter and will be in touch in due course?? The letters were both sent signed for by the same person on the same day

It would appear that they are reminding you that you need to file acknowledgement of the claim with the court.

I have done that yes, I did this online on the 18th or 19th of November, I don't think that's what they are saying, why would they say another 10 days when the deadline without contesting has already passed, I did it online and said I was contesting the whole claim, however I am unable to log onto it anymore for some reason

                          Hi

If it were me I wouldn't 'phone either the Claimant or their sols.
I would just 'phone the court to make sure the acknowledgement was filed ok. (You just need the Claim Ref No.).
If so. you have up to 33 days from the claim issue date (14th October?) to file a defence.
I make that 16th November, but you'd best check my math, lol!
But I must admit to feeling a bit puzzled re your posted info.
The CRA info posted above has set me thinking.
Do you have any historical info re documentation for this alleged debt?

I don't have any documentation regarding the debt everything I have posted has been found out after I got the Claim Form from speaking directly to orange collections and my credit file, and I was talking about ringing the court not lowells or their solicitors I definitely don't wish to speak to them!!

From the CRA info in your post #19, it would seem to indicate there was some kind of loan agreement. (An opening balance, monthly repayments, Default Notice).
Does that ring any bells with you? (No pun intended as it is a 'phone debt, lol!)

If your talking about with orange then absolutely there was obviously a contract with them which isn't on my credit file, and was for s balance much much less than being claimed by lowells. however the info in post 19 is relating to lowells I've never had any correspondence with them or acknowledged any debt
