Happy New Year Reiss,!!

Your answers when you receive your DQ should match theirs I can see nothing contentious there.

Just follow the directions on the form.

            Not necessarily.

Lowells have answered question D3 wrong unless they don't plan to show up for the hearing

The Defendant may want to 'do their own thing' such as have a handwriting expert or need a translator etc.

Or if the OP has a hospital appointment, job interview or a holiday booked in the next six months they need to put those dates in answer to Question D4 even though the Claimant has answered "No" to that availability question.

Not the first DQ by a long way where Lowell Solicitors rely on paperwork only and wont be the last.

Agreed, but the OP's answer on their own DQ shouldn't match the answer of Lowells if they (OP) plan to attend the hearing.

Reiss you should put "1" in answer to question D3 unless you want to tell the court that you won't be attending any hearing, which may mean they make a decision on paper without the benefit of your presence to support your written evidence.

                    Indeed so Mike !!

I don't think they have the qualified staff, can's see Ms de Tute toddling of round the county courts of England and Wales.

When you receive your DQ from the court post on your thread to get comments on how you need to complete it.

A 'mirror image' of the Claimant's DQ responses may not be appropriate to your particular set of legal circumstances.

Hi Everybody hope you are all well and good!! nemesis45 Diana M MIKE770

Thank you for all the responses back in previous post and sorry it has taken me so long to get back on here, i've had a manic few months.

So 2 weeks ago i decided to call Northampton court as i had still not received the questionnaire and was getting worried.

After given the lady my details and claimant number she stated that it was "STAYED" i told her i had received a questionnaire from Lowell and there letter said i should be receiving one from yourselfs (northampton court) shortly. She said nothing had be processed and she even seemed confused herself, she then said she will send me by email and i should fill it out and return back.

So that is where i am at presently with this.....

                        Regards Reiss

                          Good morning Reiss,

I think Lowell has messed up again, and suddenly realised they have nothing to back up their claim!!

It would be best I think to check with the court on regular basis to avoid any dirty tricks from Lowell.

Lowells it seems stayed cases then shortly after issue the questionnaire themselves - (unsettle you no doubt dirty ploy) and in some cases then un- stay a case and continue. another way to try and win a case by deception to the defendant

Thanks for the replies, Shall i proceed with filling out the questionnaire? Also Northampton is quite far for me to attend but i would be happy to attend a court near me if that is an option or can be done?
