Application to register a restriction B136(CO) HELP!!

Hi , I have received letter from land registry regarding an application made by Reston solicitors to register a restriction on my jointly owned property!!
There is CCJ placed against me which I tried but failed to set a side last year.
I have now receive this letter!
I just want to put an end to this nightmare, can I offer a full and final offer? Will they accept ? What are my options?? Any help appreciated .
