*Big Sigh*- Not heard anything since June. Theyve never replied or sent me any information ive asked for and this morning ive received a form from the court.Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track and that now this is a defended claim but im still at square one of having no breakdown of the amount or copies of credit agreement.Have until 3/10 to reply and its making my head spin what on earth i do with this.Can anyone help please.

in which case you need to complete it and send it back to the court ( and send a copy to the claimants ).

Any questions you are stuck on just shout - you want to say YES to mediation - even though you have no docs and mediation won't end up going ahead - it makes you look extremely reasonable.

Also if i tick yes to mediation do i need to compete the rest C1-do you agree to small claims track appropriate.? and the hearing venue?
