Claim for harassment ?

Hi all 😊

Following on from sending off my set aside in my case where I have defended the case but the ladlady has now gone after my mum...Id like to see if I can counterclaim as the LL actions forced me to stay out of the property as often as I could due to constant visitz and 4 weekly inspections..plus keeping heating too cool for me to keep warm and water too cool for me to shower.
