Re: Civil Enforcement Notice to Keeper

One ticket the keeper was aware of but choose to ignore as his car had broken down outside his mothers home he displayed a note in the window claiming this reason for the car being left there over night. The note was easy to see as he viewed met parking photographs and could see the ticket was placed on the window next to the note. He went online and appealed this stating the reason for parking there, he was allowed to appeal online however today he received a letter saying it was to late and already with debt collectors DRP he also received their letter today about this ticket. The second ticket he wasn't aware of and only found out about this when calling regarding the 1st one. He was in time to appeal against this, his reason for parking was he was helping his disabled mother in to her home with her wheel chair along with 2 twin boys under 2yrs. It was the only safe option as it would not have been possible to do this on the main road. The car was parked for 8mins. The reason they have ticket was (out of bay) mystery1

Ok, can you reply and do 1 post on each, with copies of tickets and appeals, suitably sanitised.

mystery1 they are the only documents I have regarding both. Those documents and photographs are for the same ticket. The 2nd has been appealed and awaiting their reply. Many thanks for your reply in advance JAYLOU

mystery1 I didn't have a actual ticket on my car. Although they have taken a photograph with a ticket on my car, there wasn't one present for this ticket. I only had one present for the other ticket which I'm not currently able to find. I will attack their appeal rejection letter if that helps. Not much information given by them. Will attach

Also attached the sign that is displayed in the car park not sure if that helps many thanks mystery1

You must have got a ticket either on the car or via post that caused you to appeal ?

Only the previous letters which was uploaded previous by Kati for me. I only received thoese letters from the debt collectors and called them, they then informed me who to contact which was met parking, when I contacted them they informed me of the additional ticket that I also had. I'm confused to how the ticket was removed has I can't see any neighbours doing this. mystery1
