Incorrect deed of legal charge

I have just remortgaged and completed last week. The conveyancer's have written to me asking for a new deed of legal charge form to be signed and witnessed. The reason for this is the document referred to "2011 mortgage conditions" and it should have said 2015. Should I sign it and send it back or can anyone advise any other actions I should take

If the mortgage was " sealed" this year then it is 2015 " conditions that will apply.

Should I sign it and send it back then Nem? If I do they will have two signed forms. One relates to 2011 and one to 2015.

In you covering letter seek written confirmation that the 2011 version is null and void.
