we bought a new caravan and its got up to 60% damp do i have the right to have an exchange?

No. You have a right to reject it though since it is not fit for purpose.

sorry i am new to this. I have been told by my dealer that she wont exchange it,due to the manufacturer offering to repair it under warranty, I explained i have got asthma and copd and i cannot be near mould spores that is why i want an exchange. i have sent her the soga letter but she wont budge, she says i have got to take the repair, can you help please

Well your choices are to accept what they say knowing it is factually wrong or try and force them to accept your statutory rights by ombudsman or courts.
