Hi I have received a nasty letter from Marlin to tell me they are acting on Cabot"s behalf to chase a debt outstanding . I have 7 days to reply otherwise court proceedings will be issued ( just received letter some 2 days left to deadline)
the original debt was to lloyds but was passed to dca ,sarl someone ( cannot remember name) then passed to Cabot .
the debt does not show on any credit file
should I ignore or send Cca ?
