Just thought id update this thread - After going back through some of my PM's sent to me whilst i was off the forum at between Jan-March i came across one from HelloThanks

Claim was settled in her favour:

Hello teaboy, I am not sure if you seen my last post but my claim is settled for 4,250 (250 is the ET fee). I am really disappointment though, i feel i sold my principle, i mean seeing it through esp with only 4 weeks remaining was more than getting compensation. If i settled outside court after all that i went through should have settled for more than 4k.

anyways, i hope people wont repeat my mistake and learn from my post and the responses to it.
