Hi
I wonder if anyone could help. I have received a pcn for £100/£60 if pay immediately. I had to visit a different city for a meeting, parked in a car park and got a ticket which gave me 3 hours (don't have the ticket though). I appealed with excel and one of their rejection reasons are "as soon as you enter the car park, a ticket is required and as you did not purchase a ticket until after one hour had elapsed, you were parked in contravention....." This is untrue as I got a ticket immediately and was in a meeting for 2 hours so could not come out after an hour to put a ticket on.
Do you think I can appeal this with Popla or should I just pay the £60??
Thanks in advance.
