No response from CCA

I followed advice and submitted CPR and CCA the forty days after asking for them to provide the paperwork to the balance I am meant to owe on a loan is up by over nearly two weeks and I have not heard anything should I do anything? I have previous threads when I first got advice from here which I followed I was just wondering if you think I will hear from them again or if I need to contact them further.
